Yesterday, September 2, there took place full disconnection of the platform. The reason to it was STS system, responsible for automatic transfer switch, that went out of service. The total time of system unavailability was 3 hours - from 20:16 till 23:16. During this period of time technical staff of the datacenter localized the reason of the breakdown and provided the replacement of the equipment.

After the access to our servers was re-established our team carried out all the necessary check-ups and established the normal functioning of the platform. The most part of messages, which was sent during the demurrage period, were resent by aggregators in automatic mode after the access to our platform was re-established.

Since almost the very first minute we kept our partners informed, by publishing messages on Twitter, which fully justified its' use in such situations. We recommend to all out partners to follow all the updates through Twitter of RSS-channel.
