This component adds to each and every user account the concept of balance and enables users to replenish it with "credits" via SMS message. Credits can be used in other plugins where a system based on balance is implemented. In this specific plugin the system is implemented the way that it allows users to spend their balance credits in order to upgrade another user's rating.
